At this time, it was noted by Board Chairperson Mr. Nicky Rapier that the Executive Session would be delayed until the end of the Special Called meeting.

Approval of CCES Roof Bids
Burnett Sons Roofing, Inc. was the low bid, in the amount of $242,750.00.
Motion Passed: Action to approve the bids for replacement of the Cox's Creek Elementary School roof as presented was passed with a motion by Mr. Frank Hall and a second by Mr. Adam Wheatley.

Geothermal Well - TNHS
No discussion or action was taken with regard to the geothermal wells at Thomas Nelson High School.
Motion Withdrawn: Action to approve the recommended course of action regarding the geo-thermal well construction at Thomas Nelson High School was was withdrawn by Mr. Larry Pate.

Adjourn Special Called Session
Motion Passed: Action top adjourn the Regular Session of the Nelson County Board of Education was passed with a motion by Mr. Adam Wheatley and a second by Mr. Frank Hall.

Motion Passed: Action to convene the Executive Session of the Nelson County Board of Education was passed with a motion by Mr. Adam Wheatley and a second by Mr. Damon Jackey.
