1. Reduced pages through graphic redesigns
2. Removed individual sign offs throughout multiple sections
3. Specifically defined mini vs full observations
4. Dropping the proficiency component of the student growth goal
5. Addition of tabs on the TPGES Toolboxes for school specific components
