Approve request for the KDE that state Nelson County Schools are in compliance with the ASSIST Assurances.

2014-2015 Chairpersons as the NCS Representative/Designee for 504-Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) Meetings

Motion Passed:  I move that the Nelson County Board of Education list of ARC and 504 Chairs as presented. passed with a motion by Mrs. Diane Berry and a second by Mr. David Norman.

Each year the board of education is required to evaluate the superintendent.  In prior years, the summative evaluation was completed based on the fiscal year calendar. It is recommended this cycle coincide with the calendar year to align with the cycle for new members joining the board of education.

Motion Passed:  I recommend the Nelson County Board of Education Summative Evaluation of the Superintendent occur no later than December 31st each year, covering the prior twelve month period. passed with a motion by Mr. Larry Pate and a second by Mrs. Diane Breeding.
