William McMillen called the meeting to order; Amy Hayden arrived at 6:50 PM.

Order #16 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the Agenda passed with a motion by Mr. Stephen Chapman and a second by Ms. Cindy Powell.

Mr. Borchers explained the Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Calculation. He described the impact that the district would see if the 4% increase wasn't approved.

Mr. Chapman described his feelings about the importance of the school district to the city. He said he understands that the increase with benefit the students through programs and resources. He said he feels like there is a high value for his tax dollar.

Mr. Borchers listed the programs and impact of the programs that have been added this year.
