Introductions were made of all those present.

Roles and Responsibilities - Darryl Chittenden, Supt Search Point of Contact and Mr. Bart Frazer, Board Attorney
Mr. Chittenden and Mr. Frazer discussed both the roles and responsibilities of the board and screen committee as it pertains to superintendent selection.

Screening Committee Process - Darryl Chittenden , Supt Search Point of Contact and Mr. Bart Frazer, Board Attorney
Mr. Chittenden and Mr. Frazer discussed the process of how the screening committee is to operate.

Charge to the Committee - Mr. David Kitchens, Board Chair
Christine Thompson shared the results of the community survey that was conducted April 1-30, based on 10 characteristics of leadership. The charge was given to the committee to screen applicants with the survey outcomes and job description in mind, and to submit a list of 3 to 5 candidates from the applicant pool to the board, by no later than May 19. These names should be submitted in alphabetical order by last name.
