Order #723 - Motion Passed:  A motion to accept the Treasurer's Report passed with a motion by Mrs. Terry Watson and a second by Mr. Tony Sanders.

Order #724 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve 2021-2022 school calendar Option 1 and set graduation date for Friday, May 21, 2021 passed with a motion by Mr. David Kitchens and a second by Ms. Tammy Sayle.

Order #725 - Motion Passed:  Motion to approve the contracts with ADS for keyless entry and secured access for all 4 schools, secured office access for North Livingston Elementary and Livingston County Middle School and approve recommended locksmith bid for rekeying of all 4 schools passed with a motion by Mrs. Terry Watson and a second by Mr. Tony Sanders.

Order #726 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the next steps on a storage building for the LCHS Ag/FFA passed with a motion by Mrs. Christine Thompson and a second by Mr. Tony Sanders.

Order #727 - Motion Passed:  Motion made to table until next month, the board ask for the business plan from Ms. Bowles and the school; and for Mr. Chittenden to get in touch with an architect to get more local quotes and allow Piper Coffee to present at April's Board Meeting passed with a motion by Ms. Tammy Sayle and a second by Mrs. Terry Watson.

Coffee Shop Project - This has been in the works for about 3 years or so; it will be able to serve our community.  They have gotten grants in the past.  All CTE programs will be involved.  Projected income of $75,000 per year.  Grants submitted so far have been 2 grants.  CAT grants of about $4000, Piper Coffee has been the prime donor of equipment.

There will be state assessments this year.  There will be a waiver in KY of labels being applied to schools based on testing.  10th graders have already taken the ACT.

Order #728 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the agreement for Mr. Darryl Chittenden as Interim Superintendent passed with a motion by Mr. David Kitchens and a second by Ms. Tammy Sayle.

The Review of Organizational Structure was provided by Chris Dockins to Christine Thompson and it needs Food Service added to it. Mr. Chittenden was asked to give report to the board by the May meeting.  Mr. Chittenden and Ms. Amy Ramage gave comments.

Order #729 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the amended Independent Consultant Agreement passed with a motion by Mr. David Kitchens and a second by Mr. Tony Sanders.

Discussion included the question of how much adding retirement benefits to the Independent Consultant Agreement would cost (amount was unknown at the time) and asking the board attorney whether it was customary to pay retirement benefits to a consultant (board attorney indicated he wasn’t sure whether it is customary.)

Order #730 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the ESSER II State Set Aside Fund for a recommended amount of 85% passed with a motion by Mr. David Kitchens and a second by Mrs. Terry Watson.

Order #731 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the KETS 2nd Offer of Assistance passed with a motion by Mrs. Terry Watson and a second by Mr. Tony Sanders.

Order #732 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve American Fidelity as our Section 125 provider passed with a motion by Mrs. Terry Watson and a second by Mr. David Kitchens.

Order #733 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the selection of Terry Watson as the board representative for the screening committee, to establish South Livingston Elementary as the meeting place for the screening committee meetings, and approve the list of community survey questions passed with a motion by Mr. David Kitchens and a second by Mr. Tony Sanders.

Discussion about proposed survey.  Made a few changes and revisions.  They will get it out by next week and it will end on Friday, March 26th.
