Discussion

Presented by Mrs. Amy Ramage.

We have been polling the parents to determine the needs and desires of the community as it relates to how we will start school in the fall/late summer.  A majority want their children to return to school, but without too many restrictions.  About 12% of the parents desire to keep their children at home and to offer some type of NTI.  Our goal is to meet individual needs and to be flexible with the constantly changing dynamics.

The Family Resources and Youth Services Center (FRYSC) applied for a waiver that would allow the coordinators to work 230 days instead of 240 days; this waiver was denied.  The yearly salaries will remain the same, however, this requires adjustments to the hourly pay scales that are reflected in the updated salary schedule.
