4.a.
KETS Offer of Assistance
KETS has made an offer of assistance in the amount of $32,771 to support the implementation fo the district's technology plan. Funds may be escrowed up to three years.
4.b.
Revised Policy 04.32 Model Procurement Code Purchasing
The revised policy removes the following language:
Emergency
In the event any equipment currently in use fails and must be replaced, the Superintendent may use money, not to exceed $40,000.00, from an equipment contingency fund designated for that purpose. Any withdrawal from this fund must be reported to the Board at the next meeting.

Revised Policy 09.2 Student Welfare and Wellness
There is a small changed to the revised policy, instead of "Suggested language" may include goals related to activities and opportunities; it now reads "The District, as a whole," may include goals related to activities and opportunities.
4.d.
Bids for Vehicles Declared as Surplus
Bids were opened for surplussed vehicles on October 28, 2024. The District requests to award the following bids to Ray Middleton:
- 2006 Ford Freestar Van -$175
- 2008 Jeep Commander- $775
- 2005 F-350 - $675
- 1996 Chevy 3500 with snow plow - $765
- 1998 Chevy Kodiak Box Truck - $1,550
- 2005 Chevy 2500 - $645
The salt spreader received no bids.

Amended Guidelines for Lincoln County Early Childhood
The Lincoln County Early Childhood program is requesting approval to amend Lincoln County Preschool/Head Start Early Head Start to correlate with revised Head Start Performance Standards (August 21, 2024). Amend Guidelines EL1 - EL7.

Early Childhood Program Self-Assessment Process
Early Childhood will share the Program Self-Assessment Process with Board members.

MOA with the Commonwealth of Kentucky
The Community Work Transition Program (CWTP) helps students with disabilities gain skills and obtain resources to be career ready through services provided by an Employment Specialist. The CWTP is designed to provide students with a variety of opportunities and experiences in preparation for competitive integrated employment. The program includes both Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and Individualized Transition Services (ITS), with a primary focus on ITS. It is a cooperative effort between participating local education agencies, the Kentucky Department of Education, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky.

Classified Position for Work Transition Program
In order to implement the MOA with The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Education and Labor Cabinet, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for the Community Work Transition Program, a new classified position needs to be created. The person in this position will be responsible to recruit students, assist students with transition activities, and keep records. The initial cost of this position will be approximately $30,000 paid by the district (with SEEK funds) with reimbursement from The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Education and Labor Cabinet, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Shortened School Day/Week for Special Education Students
The following students are in need of the shortened school day and/or week in order to receive medically necessary therapies which are not available at the school.
- Student 17: 2 hours one day a week
- Student 18: 2 hours one day a week
- Student 19: 1 hour one day a week
- Student 20: 1 hour one day a week
- Student 21: 2 hours one day a week
