The 2022-2023 Salary Schedule reflects the following changes:

1.  Increases Mentor Teachers to $1000.00 annual stipend

2.  Increases the Instructor 1 position to 8 hours per day and includes it in step increases

3.  Removes the Job Coach position

4.  Includes the  3% Increase for all staff

5.  Includes an annual stipend of  $1,000  for the school-level Chromebook Coordinator

6.  Includes a $10.00 per day increase for Certified Substitutes

7.  Increases Director positions to a 20% increment

8.  Reduces the Preschool Director Days to 225

9.  Includes a $2000 annual stipend for staff with a Doctorate degree
