The Family Resource/Youth Service Centers in Lincoln County are required to submit their Continuation Program Plan in even numbered years.  As part of that process, the Board of Education is asked ot sign assurances for their responsibilities as the supporting district. 

The security cameras at Lincoln County High School are outdated. Multiple cameras are no longer functioning and the resolution of the cameras are low as compared to newer systems. The district is at the point of having to spend money to keep an outdated system functional or invest in a new security camera system.

District Finance Officer, Mrs. Lee Ann Smith, will provide an update on the bonding potential, general fund, ESSER I, ESSER II, ESSER III, and other funds available for use to improve facilities. 

The district currently pays classified substitutes the same as the starting hourly pay for each specific position. The exception is substitute bus drivers. The current pay for substitute bus drivers is $12.75/hour. The starting pay for bus drivers is $14.34/hour.

The School Facilities Construction Commission (SFCC) is making an Offer of Assistance in the amount of $62,587.00 toward the annual debt service on bonds to be sold after June 30, 2022. Acceptance of the Offer of Assistance requires Board approval.
