2.a.
Test to Stay
A student can remain in school if he/she has NO symptoms, by participating in the ‘Test to Stay’ option. In order to participate in this option, a parent must complete a consent form, and a student must cooperate and agree to be tested at least twice over the next ten days. This option uses the RAPID test; a swab is placed just inside the nose and this type of test is considered minimally invasive compared with a PCR test. The student will remain at school as long as he/she arise symptom-free and tests negative. Envivo Health, LLC will test the student at school. The specific dates are determined by Envivo Health, LLC. There is no cost to families or the District for this option.

Vaccination Incentive
KDE has announced they will provide reimbursements to districts that have rewarded and acknowledged the time, energy, and effort staff members took to get vaccinated. All full- and part-time employees are eligible for a one-time vaccination incentive payment of $100 after being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This reimbursement is for employees who previously have been vaccinated, as well as those who have received their full vaccinations by December 1, 2021. Districts must pay employees first in order to receive reimbursement from KDE. Districts are strongly encouraged to consider providing additional funds that match the amount provided as reimbursement by KDE, but a financial match is not required for participation.

Remote Learning Days
Senate Bill 1 allots twenty (20) days of remote learning for a specific school, grade, classrooms, or groups of students. Remote learning days cannot be used for district-wide closures. Implementation requires the board to authorize the use of Remote Learning Days.

Early Graduation
To graduate fro Lincoln County High School a student must have 22 credits. Ms. Olivia Bullock has obtained 28 credits and requests to graduate in December.
2.e.
District Representative for the Certified Evaluation Appeals Committee
The Board must appoint a certified district representative and a certified alternate district representative to serve on the Certified Evaluation Appeals Committee. The representatives will serve from the 2021-22 school year through the 2023-24 school year.

Part-time Mental Health Position
Lincoln County Middle School's Family Resource Center received a grant which will fund a part-time employee to assist with mental health needs of students.
2.g.
Declare Vehicles as Surplus
The District requests to Surplus and take closed bids on 1992 Chevy van and 1999 Dodge Caravan. Both are worn and have served their purpose for the district.

Erate Contract
The District requests to renew the contract with Lite the Nite Technologies to provide assistance in obtaining Erate funding and any other federal, state, or private grants that the district may qualify for. Services will be provided on an as needed basis at a per day rate. The money to pay for these services has already been budgeted in this years technology budget at the same amount as last year.

McDowell Wellness Center Contract
The Swim team is requesting approval of a contract to use the McDowell Wellness Center for practice.

Wildness Trace Contract
Wilderness Trace Child Development Center provides services for students with disabilities.

MOA with MindPsi
The District requests approval of the Memorandum of Agreement with MindPsi. The MOA allows the school psychologist to continue clinical supervison time need to continue work on a Doctorate in School Psychology and to continue to see clinical cases in the school setting as part of the licensure pathway. There is no cost to the district.

Local Planning Committee Finding
On September 21, 2021, the Local Planning Committee approved a finding to renovate existing program spaces at the Lincoln County Area Technology to create a new welding lab. The LPC request is then submitted to the local board in an advertised board meeting. The local board shall consider the request and supportive information from the LPC and vote on the request.

District Facility Plan
On September 21, 2021, the Local Planning Committee approved a District Facility Plan.
A school district shall develop a local District Facilities Plan once every four (4) years
in accordance with the schedule set by the Commissioner of Education. The Kentucky Board of Education shall approve the District Facilities Plan submitted by the district upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Education.

KAPOS Facility Request
KAPOS 12th Region Cheer Coaches to use the LCHS Gym for Regionals on Nov. 16, 2021

FFA Trip Request
The LCHS FFA requests permission to attend the National FFA Convention in Indiana on Oct. 27-29, 2021

Bids for Buses
Bids were opened on September 20, 2021 for the following buses declared as surplus: 403, 404, and 405.
