3.a. Possible Contract With Wilderness Trace Child Development Center
Rationale

This is the same contract that has been executed between the two entities in previous years.  It is in “draft” form as the window has not opened by KDE for WTCDC to submit its preschool contract services renewal application for 20-21. This typically occurs in the summer, but last year was delayed by KDE and approval was not received until September 25, 2019.

WTCDC has never charged more for services than the fees agreed upon per the contract, which is the KDE “per child allocation” received by each district based on the student’s “primary disability” as indicated on the IEP.
