Evacuation plans for students who need assistance during an emergency.  Think about the evacuation plans for students that have needs that may prevent them for exiting quickly and safely.  THIS COULD BE ANY STUDENT—NOT JUST STUDENTS WITH PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS.    

•                         Develop a written evacuation plan for these students
•                         Name back-ups 
•                         Place in sub plans
•                         Make sure all administrators know.  

Lead teacher will be  more than happy to assist EC teachers to make their schedules.  Lead teachers will be working with your EC team to ensure that the teacher schedules reflect the time of services in the students’ IEP. Please remind your General Education that they need to follow the master schedule once developed.  

Claudia will gladly work with your monthly PLC teams on high yield strategies. Please contact her if you would like her to work with your grade level PLC’s.  

Please be sure to include your EC teachers in grade level or team level PLC’s. Hold EC teachers to the same standards as general education teachers.
