Does anyone have a great Thanksgiving holiday story they want to share?

- Reflection on process. In addition to the debriefing meeting format, what else needs to be changed to the process?

- In addition to adding some "N/A's", and technical difficulties with input going out to teachers and principals, what else needs to change to the walkthrough document?

- Set next walkthrough dates.

Update the team on progress since roll-out, concerns identified to date after getting teacher feedback, plans moving forward for the remainder of the year and intentional reflection/input/revision this coming summer for the 18/19 SY.

Mid-year assessment, plan for thorough data review (we need to set up time with instructional coaches to intentionally focus), how does this look differently at LCMS and LCHS? Thoughts to discuss...  At half-time, what is the plan if appropriate student growth is not evident? How do we ensure data is accurate... the effort factor? How can we better prepare students for timed tests? 

Department leads role in tonight's meeting, 4:30 - 6:00.

How can this intentional focus improve outcomes for students and better assist teachers? How do we best get this information out to teachers and communicate the effectiveness - working smarter, not harder...
