The rate for Real Estate Property is .69 cents, Tangible Property of .69 cents and .49.6 on Vehicles and water craft, and a 3% utility tax. 0.7 cents will be added to the above real estate and tangible property to recover prior year losses due to exonerations(KRS134.590).
