Policy 13:10 Handwriting
Motion Passed: The council reviewed The Handwriting Policy 13:10 and made no revisions passed with a motion by Amber Conley and a second by Amanda Lewis and the consensus of the council.
7.b.
Policy 11:01 Schedule of the Day
Motion Passed: The council reviewed the Schedule of the Day Policy 11:01 and revised to reflect a moment of silence at the start of the school day passed with a motion by Mrs. Lynda Downs and a second by Amber Conley and the consensus of the council.

2025-2026 SBDM Meeting Dates

Election of Officers:
Secretary: Would type the minutes, and once approved at next meeting send the approved minutes to Joyce Moore and print a copy for the RPS Bulletin Board in the absence of the principal.
Motion Passed: Lindsey Smith will act as secretary in the absence of the chair passed with a motion by Amber Conley and a second by Amanda Lewis and the consensus of the council.

Election of Officers: Vice Chair: In case of emergency, the vice chair takes the place of the principal and runs the meeting.
Motion Passed: Amanda Lewis was appointed to the Vice Chair position passed with a motion by Mrs. Lindsay Smith and a second by Mrs. Lynda Downs and the consensus of the council.
