Motion Passed:  Discussion and review of R-MIS SBDM By-Laws with an amendment to change the election parameters to "BY each April", passed with a motion by Chelsea Dillon and a second by Tiffany Wire and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Review of State Standards and Tech Utilization Policy with no amendments, passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Mrs. Makayla Suman and the consensus of the council.

Enter into Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(f) to discuss applications and
interviews for the two open positions of School Counselor.

Motion Passed:  At 9:13am the council entered into closed session per KRS 61.810(1)(f), passed with a motion by Chelsea Dillon and a second by Whitli Pridemore and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  At 9:18am the council came out of closed session per KRS 61.810(1)(f) with the consensus to hire Mrs.Hannah McCoy for the counseling position at R-MIS after consultation, passed with a motion by Mrs. Makayla Suman and a second by Chelsea Dillon and the consensus of the council.
