Motion Passed:  Approval of agenda for special called meeting on 3/2/26 passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Chelsea Dillon and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Revision will be made to meeting minutes from 2/12/26 to include that Amanda McCall was in attendance as special guest. Approval passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Chelsea Dillon and the consensus of the council.

5.a. Consider Wellness Plan adoption
Rationale

Russell McDowell Intermediate School’s wellness plan will mirror the existing District wellness plan and triennial assessment.  Both documents will be available on the District website.

Motion Passed:  Approval to accept the existing District Wellness Plan for Russell McDowell Intermediate School passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Erica Miller and the consensus of the council.

5.b. Enter into Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(f)
Rationale

Enter into Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(f) to discuss applications and
interview for the open position of Secretary

Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Motion to enter Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(f) at 4:05pm to discuss applicants for the open Secretary position passed with a motion by Chelsea Dillon and a second by Tiffany Wire and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Approval to adjourn the meeting at 4:18pm passed with a motion by Erica Miller and a second by Tiffany Wire and the consensus of the council.
