Motion Passed:  Call to order at 4:oopm with Jonathan Tate on FaceTime from his work location in Ashland, KY and Mrs. McCall as a visitor passed with a motion by Kelsey Nichols and a second by Sheila Villafuerte and the consensus of the council.
