Attendance
Build a Bobcat for an attendance incentive for each class is still occurring. Our attendance has been good but sickness throughout the school has lowered it in the last couple weeks.
5.2.
KDE Visit
The KDE Visit was overall very positive. We have added internal learning into PLCs, starting next week, to help teachers with planning lessons.

Read Across America Week (March 2-6)
The week has been planned out. Our librarians are working with other Elementary Schools for Spirit Week. A guest reader schedule is being planned.

2025-2026 IMPACT Survey
Very pleased with the results. The majority of the categories showed an increase. There has been a shift change (positive) in culture.

STEM Circus March 12
Our family resource coordinator has planned activities and performers to come. Staff has already been decorating for STEM Circus Night.

2nd Grade WIN Time
WIN time for 2nd grade students will be used to work towards their benchmark and to help students with program completion.

Kindergarten Camp July 20-24
Kindergarten camp will be held July 20-24. Teachers and staff will begin planning for that.

Team reviewed policy for drop off and dismissal.

Other Business
6th grade from SES will be coming to BES to read with 1st grade for them to act as reading buddies. Closed session to interview for a substitute.
