4.1. SBDM Funds
Discussion

There is approximately $12,000 remaining in the SBDM budget at this time.  Copier rental continues to come out of the funds monthly.

4.2. District Activity Funds
Discussion

There is approximately $5,500 currently in the school district activity funds.  Picture money from the spring came in.

4.3. Title I Funds
Discussion

We will contact Sabrina McElroy to join a meeting to discuss title 1 funds and the amount available to spend.

5. Per KRS 61.80 (f) Consider approval of entering into closed session to discuss personnel matters related to the hiring of an assistant principal.

7.1. Bobcat Parent Academy- September 24, 2025 4:30-6:00

Discussed topics to talk with parents about. Programs, goals, and ways to help their children at home. 

8. Curriculum/Academics
8.1. MAP Benchmarking Assessment Data
Discussion

Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade completed the MAP Growth benchmark assessment.  30% of students scored proficient/distinguished in reading and 32% scored proficient/distinguished in Math.

8.2. MAP Fluency
Discussion

2nd grade has completed MAP Fluency Benchmark testing. Kindergarten and 1st will complete when the app becomes available on student devices.

8.3. Professional Development
Discussion

Teachers have had Magnetic Reading, Wit & Wisdom and Reading A-Z trainings. 

8.4. CPRL Observations
Discussion

District has started completing CPRL observations. Wit & Wisdom will be visiting and conducting coaching sessions. BES admin will also be conducting CPRL observations.

Phase 1 is due to be completed by October 1st.  It includes the safety report, continuous improvement diagnostic, and executive summary.
