4.1. SBDM Funds
Discussion

There is approximately $14,000 remaining in the SBDM budget at this time.  Copier rental continues to come out of the funds monthly.

4.2. District Activity Funds

There is approximately $9,000 currently in the school district activity funds.

4.3. Title I Funds
Discussion

Title I funds from last year are still available.  When new money is available, Sabrina McElroy will come to discuss with council.

5. New Business
5.1. Safety Audit August 28, 2024
Discussion

There will be a safety audit on August 28th.  A survey has been sent for staff and parents.  Interviews have been set up.

5.2. Grandparents Day (September 8)
Discussion

BES will hold an event for grandparents on September 5th.  It will include a book and an activity.

5.3. High attendance day (September 12, 2024)

Will plan for a "Pumpkin Field Day" for high attendance day.

5.4. Lexington Children's Theater (September 10, 2024)

Lexington Children's Theater will perform Winni the Pooh.
