Financial Report
The council discussed the current budget. Stacey McKnight was contacted about what would happen with the budget when the schools merge. MRC's current budget will go to the new elementary school.

Policy Review
The council reviewed the homework policy. They decided not to take action as this would be something the council at the new school would need to set.

CSIP (30/60/90 Day) Review
The council discussed the needs assessment and KSA results. Ideas for the goals were discussed.
8.
Academic Report
Students are continuing to use Dreambox and Lexia more effectively than at the start of the year. The school is waiting on clarification as to when the 2nd grading period will end.
9.
Informational items
The council discussed the upcoming merge of the schools. Transition activities for the 3rd-6th grade were discussed, as those are currently being planned. The plan is for those to occur the second week of December.
