Approval of Agenda
Motion Passed: passed with a motion by Mrs. Jessica Fugate and a second by Mr. Henry Turner and the consensus of the council.
Henry Turner made a motion to approve the agenda with the addition of 5.2 Finance, 7.4 Staff Placement, 15 Policy Review, 15.1 Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policy, and 16. Curriculum. Teresa Combs seconded the motion and all were in favor.

Financial Report
Still in the process of spending Title I funds. Given $5,000 to purchase PE equipment which has now been ordered. SBDM Munis Report will be reviewed at next meeting.

Central Office has been conducting walk throughs and providing support for the staff.

Gifted and Talented Annual Program Evaluation- Elizabeth Minix
Elizabeth Minix discussed the Gifted and Talented program evaluation.

Review 2021-2022 Comprehensive School Improvement Plan
Review 2021-2022 CSIP: Working on Phase III which is goal setting, PD plan, and executive summary.

Curriculum
10.1.
Progress Monitoring/Data
Teachers continue to monitor progress of students in Tiers II & III for Reading & Math using District approved programs Lexia and Dreambox.
11.
Academic Report
Academic Report: After school tutoring program continues to be conducted Mondays and Wednesday from 3:30-5:00p.m. Leadership team will be developing a system to monitor the effectiveness of the tutoring. This will help in offering tutoring in a more effective manner.
Winter MAP test was administered. F&P will also be administered before 12-17-2021.

Winter MAP test data
Mr. Fugate shared the breakdown of the winter MAP test results compared to the fall scores. We looked at the data collected and interventions that are in place.

6th Grade Academic Showcase
The 6th grade Academic team traveled to Jones Fork on December the 4th. The team finished 2nd overall and 3rd in Quick Recall.

Informational items
Students who scored Proficient, Distinguished or had a minimum of a 5 point growth, got to watch a movie in the gym along with popcorn and kool-aide.
BHS Band & Choir are going to do a Christmas program for the students on Dec 17th. Later that afternoon students will participate in class SEL activities.
