Motion Passed: passed with a motion by Jason Fugate and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed: passed with a motion by Mr. Henry Turner and a second by Mrs. Jessica Fugate and the consensus of the council.
Henry Turner made a motion to approve the agenda with the addition of 5.2 Finance, 7.4 Staff Placement, 15 Policy Review, 15.1 Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policy, and 16. Curriculum. Teresa Combs seconded the motion and all were in favor.

Financial Report
Still in the process of spending Title I funds. Given $5,000 to purchase PE equipment. Emphasis on SEL materials and supplies. Still need to inquire about SBDM Munis Report.

Curriculum

Progress Monitoring/Data
We have developed a process to use Lexia, Reading Plus, and Dreambox to monitor student progress in Reading and Math. Teachers have begun to put together student data notebooks with goal setting. Updated WIN to use Dreambox instead of Khan Academy. Teachers have based assignments on what students are lacking on the standards that have not been mastered. Teachers will use skill develo

Academic Report
Academic Report: After school tutoring program started on October 18. It will take place Mondays and Wednesday from 3:30-5:00p.m.
Winter MAP test will be administered 12/6-17/2021. F&P will also be administered before 12-17-2021.
6th grade academic showcase is Dec 4th.
