The council discussed the needs of the staff for staffing to address learning loss due to virtual/hybrid learning and the students who did not participate at a high level.  The council is going to request 3 teachers, 2 instructional aides, 2 tutors and an interventionist.  The instructional assistants will help to give students more individualized/small group instruction.  The additional teachers would eliminate the need for split classes.  Tutors would be able to be used as needed throughout the building.
