Call to Order
The meeting of the LaRue County Board of Education Legal Committee was called to order at 8:33 a.m.
Committee Members Present:
Joanna Hinton, Board Member and Committee Member
Ashley Reding, Board Member and Committee Member
Adryanne Warren, Superintendent
Jessica Castenir, Director of Finance
Valerie McCubbin, Legal Counsel
Others Present:
Janet Cruse, Board Member - Janet left at closed session.

Sufficient Notice of Meeting
All agreed.

Adjourn to Closed Session per KRS 61.810(c) for discussion of pending, proposed or pending litigation, or threatened litigation against or on behalf of the public agency
The Legal Committee will enter closed session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c) to discuss the status of and legal strategy related to pending, proposed, or threatened litigation involving the LaRue County Board of Education.
The adjournment to Closed Session per KRS 61.810(c) for discussion of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency passed with a motion by Jessica Castenir and a second by Valerie McCubbin.

Reconvene to Open Session
Reconvene to Open Session passed with a motion by Ashley Reding and a second by Jessica Castenir.
