Superintendent Evaluation Procedure Update - Adryanne Warren
The superintendent evaluation standards have been reviewed and revised by a statewide committee of superintendents and board members, resulting in the development of the Superintendent Effectiveness 5-Standard Model. This revised framework streamlines the evaluation process by reducing the number of standards from seven to five. The new model eliminates overlapping language, provides greater clarity, and creates a more efficient and meaningful evaluation process.
The five-standard model was successfully piloted in seven school districts during the 2025–2026 school year and is now available for adoption by other districts. I would like the Board to consider using this model for the evaluation of the Superintendent beginning with the 2026–2027 school year in LaRue County Schools.
