The Chair of the Board of Education is calling a special meeting of the Board of Education to be held on September 13, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

This special meeting will be a Board Retreat held at VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road.

The purpose of this meeting is for Board members to participate in a facilitated discussion regarding Student Outcomes Focused Governance.

The agenda is as follows.

1. Call to Order
2. Student Outcomes Focused Governance
   Facilitators: A.J. Crabill, Director of Governance, Council of the Great City Schools
   Leslie Grant, Student Outcomes Focused Governance Cohort Faculty
3. Adjourn

Any and all matters incidental to and supplementary to the foregoing may also be taken up, considered, and acted upon at the meeting.

This meeting will be conducted via video teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.823 and KRS 61.826. The primary location for this meeting and where all members can be seen and heard by the public will be Stewart Auditorium, VanHoose Education Center. Board Members are permitted to attend in person or via video teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826. Members of the public may attend in person.
