Due to a fungus/mold on the ceiling of the Elementary Gym, the air quality (as tested by Summit Environmental Services, Inc.) is not safe for ongoing use during the school day. This is deemed an emergency condition requiring immediate services that cannot be met through normal procurement methods. The lack of these services to remedy the issue would seriously threaten the functioning of our local educational services to students as well as the preservation and protection of our property.
