Motion Failed: Motion to vote on the Biodigester Ordinance failed with a motion by Dale Beavin and a second by Larry Morphew.
Dale Beavin stated that he was making a motion to vote on the Biodigester Ordinance.

District 5 - Magistrate Larry Morphew
Stated that more people were needed at the road department Cook Lane residents upset about their road

Citizen's Comments
Brandon Thomas stated that KY 1903 was closed back when Armstrong Coal came through, the road is still closed, wanted to know when this was going to be opened back up. Judge stated that the road was never taken in as a county road, it is still a state road, he said follow up calls would be made with the state and the coal company. Citizen asked if a committee had been formed looking into the Hamilton Community to tap into Rough River intake. Judge stated that this needed to go to the water board.
