• OHIO COUNTY ROAD AID COOPERATIVE PROGRAM AGREEMENT FY2026

Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2025-13 County Road Aid Agreement with KYTC for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Bo Bennett.

Motion Passed:  Approved to enter into Closed Session Under KRS 61.810 Chapter 1 Section C & F passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Michael McKenney.

Motion Passed:  Approved Road Department personnel new hire of Wayne Crowe as Seasonal Road maintenance at $17.46 per hour effective May 11, 2025 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved custodial personnel new hire of Rachel WIlliams as part time courthouse custodian at $13.99 per hour effective May 11, 2025 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved to reappoint Michael Newton to the Ohio County Water District Board passed with a motion by Michael McKenney and a second by David Johnston.

The Wage Scale Committee met with no action being taken at this time.

Motion Failed:  Approved the first reading of Ordinance 2025-5 Biodigester failed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Dale Beavin.

Mr. Gary Himes of the Ohio County Honor Guard requested assistance from the Fiscal Court with funding the needed repair projects at their building as follows: $7,000.00 Roof Repair, $2,500.00 Lighting, $3,200.00 Labor, $300.00 Tile. The Fiscal Court agreed to review the request.
