Motion Passed:  Approved the March 11, 2025 Minutes passed with a motion by Dale Beavin and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved to amend the January 10, 2023 Fiscal Court minutes to reflect a motion which was omitted by error a bid for an Ambulance Remount bid from Select Tech in the amount of $152,900.00 authorizing the County Treasurer to issue check(s). Motion was made at the fiscal court meeting with one bid having been recieved passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Treasurer's February 2025 Financial Statement (reflect March 11, 2025 Minutes missing vote) passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Dale Beavin.

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Clerk's February 2025 Financial Report (reflect March 11, 2025 Minutes missing vote) passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Michael McKenney.

Motion Passed:  Approved the Ambulance Service Annual Bid for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 from Com Care(see attached) only one bid was received passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved having entered into Closed Session Under KRS 61.810 Chapter 1 Section C & F passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Michael McKenney.

Motion Passed:  Approved to return from Closed Session with no motions having been made passed with a motion by Dale Beavin and a second by Bo Bennett.

Motion Passed:  Approved to re-advertise for County Treasurer on Indeed, Facebook, and KY Personnel Cabinet websites with the application deadline of April 7, 2025 passed with a motion by Dale Beavin and a second by Michael McKenney.

Motion Passed:  Approved for the County Attorney to file action on Scout Solar and report finding to the Fiscal Court passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Dale Beavin.

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the final ARPA Report from County Treasurer Anne Melton (see attached) passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved to appoint a viewing committee for Beach Valley Church Lane. Members being: Dale Beavin, Jason Burden, Charlie Shields passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Magistrate inquired on the Bio-digestor ordinance. An ordinance has been written up and is undergoing review before being brought to the Fiscal Court.
