Citizen's Comments
Jailer Landon Spurlock presented his most recent inspection report for the Ohio County Jail having passed with high marks and the news of a grant for the new equipment in the detox room. Citizens concerned with the Scout Solar Project attended the Fiscal Court Meeting vocalizing their concern if the County had any intention of canceling the Scout MOA or assessing the property values of the affected homes.
Citizen Tyson Sandefur addressed the Fiscal Court concerning Bio digestive nutrients in Ohio County and how they plan to proceed with such business. Judge Executive David Johnston explained the process of passing an ordinance for this.
