Motion Passed:  Approved to authorize the County Treasurer to create a new fund called the ARCH Program. This will keep all funds for the ARCH Program separate and will not co-mingle with any other funds passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Michael McKenney.

Motion Passed:  Approved to allocate $106,164.33 to Paradise Regional Park Authority for an interlocal KPDI road extension project. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) Approve to transfer $106,164.33 from account 84-9200-999-0 into account 84-5076-741-0 passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved to accept Cyber Security Grant Bid from Knights Technologies in the amount of $124,634.00. One bid was received (see Attached). Authorize Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Jason Bullock.

Committee is taking applications for a new County Treasurer with the retirement of current County Treasurer Anne Melton.

Motion Passed:  Appointed Extension Board members Janae Mohon and Larry Clayton passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Fiscal Court was made aware that the Scout Solar Project will be submitting their State Application in summer of 2025.

Magistrate was appreciative of the smooth transition of 4the District Magistrate position with the help of Bryan Daniel.
