4.C.1. Use of the all purpose facility (old bowling alley) by the Middle School Age Baseball team to hold indoor softball practice on any dates and times that are available
4.C.2. Use of the Butler Gym concession stand area by the Caldwell Co. Soccer Association to hold spring soccer registration on Saturday, February 14, 2026 and Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 8:45 am until 12:00 pm
4.C.3. Use of Butler Gym by the Caldwell County Clerk, Jennifer Hale, to provide Caldwell County voters a polling place for early voting and election day voting for both the Primary and General Elections. Early voting for the Primary Election dates of Thursday, May 14, 2026 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Friday, May 15, 2026 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Saturday, May 16, 2026 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. Primary Election date of Tuesday, May 19, 2026 6:00 am until 6:00 pm. Early voting for the General Election dates of Thursday, October 29, 2026 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Friday, October 30, 2026 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Saturday, October 31, 2026 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. General Election day Tuesday, November 3, 2026 6:00 am until 6:00 pm
4.D. Overnight Trips
4.D.1. Twenty-two (22) CCHS Winterguard members and five (5) chaperones to travel to WKU Diddle Arena in Bowling Green, KY to participate in a Winterguard Championship Competition departing on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 7:00 am and returning on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 11:00 pm
4.D.2. CCHS Track and Field team members (number of students to be determined) and four (4) chaperones to travel to University of KY in Lexington, KY to attend the KHSAA State Track and Field Championships departing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm and returning on Thursday, May 21, 2026 with the time to be determined
4.D.3. Approximately sixty (60) CCMS Jr. Beta Club members and five to eight (5-8) chaperones to travel to Lexington, KY to attend the State Convention departing on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 8:00 am and returning on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm
4.D.4. One (1) CCHS Band member and two (2) chaperones to travel to Louisville, KY to attend the KMEA State Conference and All-State Band Festival departing on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 8:00 am and returning on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 4:00 pm
4.D.5. Approximately fifteen (15) CCHS Girls Wrestling Team members and two (2) chaperones to travel Corbin, KY to attend the KYWCA State Duels departing in the afternoon on Friday, January 30, 2026 and returning in the afternoon on Saturday, January 31, 2026

4.E.1. Twenty-two (22) CCHS Winterguard members and five (5) chaperones to travel to Columbia Central High School in Columbia, TN to participate in a Winterguard Competition departing on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 7:00 am and returning at 11:00 pm
4.E.2. Twenty-two (22) CCHS Winterguard members and five (5) chaperones to travel to Wilson Central High School in Lebanon, TN to participate in a Winterguard Competition departing on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 7:00 am and returning at 11:00 pm
4.E.3. Twenty-two (22) CCHS Winterguard members and five (5) chaperones to travel to Greenhill High School in Mount Juliet, TN to participate in a Winterguard Competition departing on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 7:00 am and returning at 11:00 pm
4.E.4. Twenty-two (22) CCHS Winterguard members and five (5) chaperones to travel to Mount Juliet High School in Mt. Juliet, TN to participate in a Winterguard Competition departing on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 7:00 am and returning at 11:00 pm
4.E.5. Approximately ninety-one (91) fourth and fifth grade CCES students and six chaperones to travel to Clarksville, TN to go to The City Forum as a reward trip for proficient or distinguished testing scores departing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 8:15 am and returning at 2:15 pm
4.E.6. One hundred thirty-eight to one hundred forty (138-140) CCHS Senior class students and six (6) chaperones to travel to Santa Claus, IN to go to Holiday World for the Senior Trip departing on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 6:45 am and returning at 6:00 pm
