4.C.1. Use of Caldwell County Middle School Gym by the Tiger Wrestling Club to hold a wrestling meet on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 1:00 pm and on Thursday, January 8, 2025 at 6:00 pm
4.C.2. Use of the Butler Gymnasium by Youth Inc. to hold basketball evaluations on October 28, 29, 30, 2025 at 4:30-6:00 pm and 5:30 - 7:00 pm
4.C.3. Use of the CAB by the Tiger Wrestling Club to hold Regional Wrestling Tournaments on Saturday, December 13, 2025 and on Sunday, January 25, 2026 beginning at 7:00 am lasting all day
4.D. Overnight Trips
4.D.1. Approximately fourteen (14) CCHS Boys Wrestling Team members and two (2) chaperones to travel to Lexington, KY to attend the State Wrestling Tournament departing on Wednesday, February 25, 2025 with the time to be determined and returning on Saturday, February 28, 2026 with the time to be determined
4.D.2. Approximately fourteen (14) CCHS Wrestling Team members and two (2) chaperones to travel to North Oldham High School to attend a wrestling tournament departing on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 5:00 pm and returning on Sunday, February 8, 2026 with the time to be determined
4.D.3. Four (4) Caldwell County FFA members and two (2) chaperones to travel to Hardinsburg, KY to attend the State Land Judging Contest departing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 3:00 pm and returning on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm
4.D.4. Thirty-seven (37) CCHS Band members and three (3) chaperones to travel to Hart County High School to attend the State Semi Finals band competition departing on on Friday, October 24, 2025 and returning on Saturday, October 25, 2025
4.E. Out Of State Trips
4.E.1. Ten (10) CCHS junior and senior class students and three (3) chaperones to travel to Washington, D.C. to attend the LEAD National Student Leadership Conference departing on Thursday, February 26, 2026 in the morning and returning on Monday, March 2, 2026 in the evening
4.F. Request from CCPS and CCES PTO to have a Winter Wonderland Beauty Pageant on December 6, 2025 to help pay for field trips, rewards, playground equipment, and field day
4.G. Request from CCPS, CCES, and CCMS PTO to have Penny Wars during the month of November to help pay for field trips, playground equipment, and staff appreciation days
4.H. Discuss/Approve Physical Therapy Agreement between Caldwell Co Schools and Webster Co Schools
