Review Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between The Kentucky Community and Technical College System/Ashland Community and Technical College and Boyd County Public Schools District effective from date of execution through the end of the fiscal year, June 30, for observations/practicums to allow the Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education to complete their placements in the district. This Agreement automatically renews upon like terms for additional one-year (1) periods until terminated; (See Attachments)

Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Live Streaming Agreement between Boyd County Board of Education and Total Media Group, Inc. for exclusive rights of live-streaming and on-line audio streaming of school district sporting events and certain other events in consideration of Eight Hundred fifty Dollars ($850.00) monthly, in ten (10) monthly payments, payable to BCHS starting in August of each year;(See Attachments)

Review and approve a request from Janice Marcum, Chief Academic Office and Kelly Fox, Principal to implement one-half (1/2) civic literacy credit in addition to the 3 social studies credits as part of Boyd County High School's graduation requirements required under 704 KAR 3:305 beginning with incoming freshmen during the 2026-2027 school year.

Consider a fundraiser request for BCHS Band Boosters to host a money dolly, strawberry/pie sales, concert tickets and have an Alumni Banquet all proceeds will go to students needs for the 2026-2027 school year.
10.4.
Consider a fundraiser request from BCHS Girls Basketball to hold a money dolly, sell mum flowers, and host a youth league. All money raised will go to the girls basketball team for apparel, meals, travel, expenses, and equipment.
10.5.
Consider approving Rachel Nichols, Special Education Teacher request to apply for a grant that covers getting and maintaining a classroom pet. And applying for a grant through Member's Choice Credit Union in the amount of $200 dollars. Money will be used for a calming space in her classroom.

Consider a fundraiser request from Cannonsburg Elementary to hold two Scholastic Book Fairs beginning September 21-30, 2026; and February 26-March 5, 2026.

Consider Superintendents recommendation for Angela Barber, Media specialist at Cannonsburg Elementary to charge for damaged/lost books and chrome books. Funds will be used to replace these items for the school year.

Approve request from Bob Higginbotham, Director of Operations, Facilities, and Transportation to surplus a 2010 Ford Explorer VIN # FMEU7DE1AUA37122. Vehicle has over 170k miles and needs a new transmission which would cost more than the vehicle's value.

Review request from Stephanie Lyons, Director of ECA, DPP. to surplus several items discarded by Cannonsburg and left in the ECA building. These items are no longer needed. (See attachments)
