9.1. Review request from Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve a contract with Kristy Dyer PT, PLLC to provide physical therapy services to students for the 2025-2026 school year; (See Attachments)
9.2. Review Superintendents recommendation to support Brightwheel as a form of communication platform used by our daycare programs. It is provided and paid for (currently) by the state for use by all daycares.
9.3. Review the recommendation of Superintendent Boblett to approve the second reading of Kentucky School Boards Association (KSBA) Policy update #48 for 2025; (See Attachments)

9.5. Review Superintendents recommendation to consider a lease/maintenance agreement with Superior Office Service, Inc for Boyd County High School, Cannonsburg Elementary School Transportation / Maintenance, BCTEC and BCC (See Attachments)
9.6. Consider the superintendent’s recommendation to approve the addition of Amplify Desmos Math 6-A1 and Amplify ELA 6-8 (for instructional communication purposes) as an approved platform designated by the school district as a traceable communication system that teachers are permitted to use to send and receive direct messages to and from students regarding their academic performance and progress. This approval will align with the requirements of the new Senate Bill 181.
9.7. Review the request from Bob Higginbotham, Director of Operations and Facilities; to Approve the 2025 District Facilities Plan that was approved by the Local Planning Committee. (See attachment)
9.8. Review and approve Draft for Procedure 09.2241 AP.21, Student Medication Guidelines. These will replace any past medication forms. (see attachment);
9.9. Review Superintendent recommendation for the board to waive the “Attendance Incentive Program” portion of policy 03.1232 and 03.2232 for the 25-26 school year. With our current budget crisis, it will not be possible to provide the financial incentive. (See attachments)
9.10. Review and approve Superintendent's recommendation to set Real Estate and Personal Property tax rates for 2025-2026 at 70.2 cents per $100 of valuation for both Real Estate and Personal Property tax rates which includes 0.3 cents for prior year exonerations.
