9.1. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Technology Plan for the 2025-2026 school year as presented by Cindy Pontier, District Chief Information Officer; (See Attachment)

Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Boyd County School District and Pathways, Inc. for the purpose of providing needed school-based behavioral health services as needed/requested to students for the period beginning July 1, 2025 and terminating June 30, 2026; (See Attachment)

9.8. Review request from Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve a shortened school day for Student #1, 7th grade student at Boyd County Middle School, in accordance with appropriate documentation and per requirement of Kentucky Department of Education procedures; (See Attachments)

Pursuant to KRS 157.655-157.660 and 750 KAR 2:010, review Superintendent's recommendation to accept a second offer of assistance from the School Facilities Construction Commission (SFCC) FY 2025 Kentucky Education Technology System (KETS) in the amount of Twenty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Nine dollars ($22,259); (See Attachments)
9.11. Approve Superintendent's recommendation to approve the MOA between, Department of the Navy and Boyd County Schools to establish and operate a Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit. (see attachments)
9.12. Review the Superintendent’s Recommendation to approve change order for Cannonsburg Elementary School construction project as presented by various contractors. No.01-07 (sandblast doors and frames in the gymnasium to bare metal, to allow new paint to stick to the surface) Change order for Boyd County Career and Technical Center construction project as presented by various contractors; No. 07-02 (provide a deduct for the floor sealer that was specified in the project documents and provide a Level 1 Floor Polish to the lab spaces and a Level 3 Floor Polish to the upstairs and downstairs corridors and classrooms); No. 11-07 (Adding back the cost for material that was deducted from the contract value instead of a DPO); (See Attachment)
