9.1. Adoption of Summative/Final Evaluation of Superintendent Boblett as presented by Board Chairperson, Linda Day, pursuant to KRS 156.557(4)
9.2. Review Superintendent’s Recommendation to approve Change Order 01-03 (Add Storm Piping), 03-02 (Deletion of Gypsum), 05-02 (Two Part Epoxy), and 09-03 (Install New Sanitary Sewer Line) for Cannonsburg Elementary project as presented by various contractors; (See Attachments)
9.3. Review the Superintendent’s Recommendation to approve Change Order No.02-01 (Garage Doors); No.04-02(Hat Channel); No. 10-02 (Sanitary Sewer Tie in Revision); and No. 01-01 (Asphalt Paving and Striping) for Boyd County Career and Technical Center construction project as presented by various contractors; (See Attachment)
9.4. Review Superintendent's recommendation to set the Motor Vehicle and Watercraft tax rate at 54.7 cents per $100 of valuation as of January 1, 2025. This is the same rate we have used for over 20 years; (See Attachment)

Review recommendation of Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve Memorandum of Understanding between Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc./Regroup and Boyd County Schools for the purpose of providing needed school-based behavioral health services as needed/requested to students beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; (See Attachment)
9.16. Review recommendation of Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to accept the Contract between Linguacare Associates, Inc., Daniels, West Virginia and Boyd County Schools to provide speech services for the 2024-2025 school year; beginning August 19, 2024 and ending the last day of the school term; (See Attachments)
9.17. Review request from Dara'Su Williams, Director of Special Education, to approve the Contract Agreement between Boyd County Public Schools and LaCrissa Keefer, Speech Language Pathologist, to provide speech therapy services to students in the district beginning on August 27, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2025; (See Attachments)
9.18. Review Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between The Kentucky Community and Technical College System/Ashland Community and Technical College and Boyd County Public Schools District effective from date of execution through the end of the fiscal year, June 30, for observations/practicums to allow the Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education to complete their placements in the district. This Agreement automatically renews upon like terms for additional one-year (1) periods until terminated; (See Attachments)
9.19. Review the recommendation from Skyler Hamilton, School Counselor at Boyd County High School, to Approve procedures for the performance-based requirement for Early Graduation; (See Attachments)
