9.2. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Live Streaming Agreement and Addendum between Boyd County Board of Education and SLG Media Group, LLC for exclusive rights of live-streaming and on-line audio streaming of school district sporting events and certain other events in consideration of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) compensation to the school district for the term of June 1, 2024 and expiring June 30, 2025; (See Attachments)
9.3. Review the Superintendent's recommendation to approve the first reading of Kentucky School Board Association Policy 03.4 to change the number of days that a substitute teacher must work to receive full time pay from ten (10) days to twenty (20) days; (See Statement)
9.4. Review recommendation of Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve the Contract between Autism Services Center, Huntington, West Virginia and Boyd County Public Schools for behavioral services for the 2024-2025 school year; (See Attachment)
9.5. Review recommendation of Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve the Contract between East Kentucky Psychological Resources, Ashland, Kentucky and Boyd County Public Schools for psychological testing for the 2024-2025 school year, beginning July 1, 2024 and expiring June 30, 2025; (See Attachment)

Review recommendation of Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve the Contract between Grayson Speech Therapy Services, Grayson, Kentucky and Boyd County Public Schools for Occupational therapy services for the 2024-2025 school year beginning on July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2025; (See Attachment)

Review recommendation of Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve the Contract between Karen White, Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist, and Boyd County Public Schools for orientation and mobility services for the 2024-2025 school year; beginning August 1, 2024 and ending July 31, 2025; (See Attachment)
