Approve to enter in executive session for deliberations on the future acquisition of real property pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(b)and to enter closed/executive session in compliance with KRS 61.810 (1) (c) to discuss proposed/pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency as recommended by Mr. John Slone, Superintendent.
