7.1.
Approve the Cyber Security Insurance renewal with Assured partners and AmTrustCyber Services from 12/1/25 - 7/1/26.

Approve the district operating calendar for the 2026-2027 school year.
7.3.
Approve one-time pay of $500 for all full time certified and classified employees employed on the day of the one-time pay, 12/15/25. The one-time pay does not include student workers.
Full time staff hired after August 13th that have worked a minimum of 30 days qualify. Subs that have worked a minimum of 30 days qualify, calculated through the pay period of the one time pay.
7.4.
Approve the 2025-2026 Head Start/Preschool Policy Council bylaws.
7.5.
Approve a continuation of the Memorandum of Agreement between Williamstown Head Start/Preschool and the Northern Kentucky Independent District Health Department.
7.6.
Approve Head Start/Preschool's request to increase the program's Forcht Bank credit card limit from $2,500 to $5,000.
