The meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Benton Sloan. Also, present were Superintendent, Brian Dishman and Board Counsel, John Blevins.

Additional attendees were Mr. Dishman's mentors: Barry Lee, Superintendent of Casey County Schools and Scott Hawkins, Executive Director of Coaching & Mentoring for new Superintendents with KASA.

Superintendent, Brian Dishman presented the Board his Capstone Presentation (new superintendents are required to participate in capstone reports that review the annual progress they have made in meeting professional growth plan standards which include strategic leadership, instructional leadership, cultural, human resources, managerial leadership, collaborative, and influential leadership.)
