The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Larry Muse. Also present were Don Neal, Superintendent and Gordon Germain, Board Counsel. 

A small crowd of parents, community members, and staff were present sharing concerns regarding needing more than 2% raise for staff.

Also in attendance was Brock Corder, a SIAA agent (originally from Wayne County) who would serve as a broker for Upchurch Insurance to get access to insurance agencies that were affiliated with SIAA.
