2024-25 Comprehensive District Improvement Plan
Please see the attached memo from our Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Laura Pugh, regarding the Comprehensive District Improvement Plan. The CDIP is required to be completed and sent to the Kentucky Department of Education by January 1 of each school year.
I would recommend approval of the 2024-2025 CDIP as presented.

Establish 2025 BOE Meeting Dates
Attached are the proposed regularly scheduled meeting dates for 2025. Regular meeting dates would continue to be on the third Monday of the month unless this date fell on a holiday. We have attempted to identify any future conflicts that may exist and schedule accordingly.

SMS Renovations & Stadium--Payment #14--Morel Construction
Attached is Payment Application #14 for the Sharp Middle School Renovations and Stadium Project to Morel Construction. The work has been certified by our architectural firm and the recommendation is to pay the sum of $100,000 as requested.
I would recommend the board approve payment for Payment Application #14 to Morel Construction as submitted.

Pendleton County Paving Project---BG-5 Approval/Execution
Attached is the BG-5 Project Close-out form for the Pendleton County Paving Project. All construction contracts are complete, and the expense totals reflected on this form were incurred as a result of the construction for the above referenced project and it is now required the board approve the BG-5 Project Closeout Form. Upon approval a copy will be forwarded to the department for review and approval. I recommend approval of the BG-5 project close-out form.
