District Needs:
1. Baseball: Provide new lighting system, sound system, scoreboards, seating, press box,
concessions, and restroom facilities
2. Track: Repair and Resurface existing practice track with expansion to include new field events and renovation of old field event areas
3. Football: Replace grass surface with new synthetic turf, provide new scoreboard, and sound
system
4. Tennis: Replace existing tennis courts with new multi-use tennis and/or pickle ball courts,
support facilities for restroom and storage, new lighting, seating, ADA Access, Parking
5. Athletic Complex: Provide ADA Parking, ambulatory access, and reroute traffic around track
to avoid vehicular access on to track
