Approve to adopted a General Fund rate of 53.7 cents on real property and 54.4 cents on personal property of this rate, 6.1 cents is subject to recall, consisting of additional five cents ($.05) equivalent tax rate on real and personal property, which will produce revenue of five cents ($.05) per one hundred dollars ($100) of property assessed. The District will not begin collecting the additional revenue from this levy until the 2022-2023 tax year. The revenue produced by this increase will be dedicated to major renovation of existing school facilities, new construction, and debt service.
