The Martin County Board of Education requests a waiver to 702 KAR 4:050 Building sites; inspection, approval Section 4(4)(a) which states in relevant part "Should the mineral rights not be acquired; it shall require a forbearance agreement to ensure surface support" for the acquisition of a site for a proposed new elementary school
